The Challenge:
2020 brought many challenges, we all learnt very quickly about social distancing and techniques to avoid spreading germs. This lead to many businesses quickly pivoting to introduce Covid-safe programs, including Bakers Delight with the options to Click & Collect or for Delivery.
Solution:
Customisable microsites for each Bakers Delight franchisee, that could take online orders and payments. Larger and Catering orders through the site would be collated and sent directly to the baker each night and placed within their baking schedule for the next morning to ensure the customer's order could be fulfilled.
